Security deposit:
There is a $250.00 (£170) security deposit that is required for your stay. This is REFUNDABLE after your departure and after a satisfactory inspection by the management company. If there are any problems the management company is always available to help. We will provide you with this information upon your confirmation.

Check-In time is 4PM. For purposes of cleaning, etc., please plan to arrive no earlier than 4PM. If you must Check-In earlier please let us know when you make your reservation. We will try to accomodate your request.
